The Forum at Hope Haven exists to serve our Hope Haven staff and nonprofit professionals across the Charlotte community. Meet the two new team members supporting this work.
Rachel Yount, Director of The Forum
Rachel Yount joins Hope Haven as Director of The Forum, bringing 15 years of experience in adult learning, organizational leadership and clinical social work. Rachel will lead select trainings on topics in her expertise and bring in other skilled presenters from across the field, each chosen for their expertise, real-world experience, and ability to equip front-line staff to serve with confidence. Rachel is eager to hear what training your team needs most.
Rhiannon Nourse, Operations Assistant
Rhiannon keeps The Forum running smoothly, from registration and scheduling to logistics and communication. If you have a question about a class, CEUs, registration, facility rentals, or finding us on the Hope Haven campus, Rhiannon will be glad to help.

From N. Tryon Street, turn onto W. Craighead Road and enter through the second driveway on your right. Drive straight ahead, and The Forum is the last building on your left with the logo on the entrance doors. There is plenty of free, on-site parking.
